Bridge. 1785; widened and partly rebuilt 1935. By John Carr. Chiselled
sandstone piers with tooled voussoirs and parapet band; rebuilding in
dressed sandstone. 9 round arches, decreasing in size from the centre, on
tall piers with imposts. End arches blocked. Pilaster buttresses to each
end. Plain band beneath parapet with flat coping.
