House. Early C19 with later alterations. Coursed limestone on stone
plinth; pantile roof; brick stacks. Centre staircase plan, 1½ rooms deep,
with rear service rooms. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-window front. Flat,
milled quoins. Central 6-panel door under fanlight with patterned radial
glazing. Timber doorcase of open pediment on detached square section
columns. 4-pane sashes throughout, with stone sills and heavy, plain
lintels with incised keyblocks. Coped gables, shaped kneelers and end
stacks. Interior: closed string, straight staircase with reeded, squared
balusters, and wreathed newel.
