Inn. Late C18, with later alterations and extensions. Coursed limestone
rubble, whitewashed to front, rendered to rear; concrete pantile roof;
rendered stacks. Gable wall to street with rear service wing to left.
2½-storey, single window gable wall to right, 1½-storey single window wing.
Inn entrance is a C20 boarded door to right of service wing. Single
3-light, large pane, horizontal sliding sash to left. Smaller
3-light horizontal sliding sash above. All openings have thin timber
lintels. Gable wall to right has 3-light, small pane, horizontal sliding
sashes under heavy milled lintels to ground and first floors. Small square
window to attic. Ground floor windows have louvred shutters. Coped gables
and shaped kneelers. End stacks to house, and end left stack to service
wing.
