House. Late C18 rear range with additional front range of early C19.
Limestone rubble brought to course, Westmorland slate roof. Central entry
front range joined to rear range by short passage. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Half-glazed door in additional late C19 Tuscan porch. Sashes with glazing
bars beneath flat stone arches with louvered shutters throughout. Hipped
roof, ridge stacks. Interior: original studded board front door beneath
decorative overlight in front wall. French marble fireplace with
mantelpiece supported by tapering columns. 2 fluted arches to landing and
pendant cornice to landing ceiling.
