Row of cottages, now one house. 1857 on datestone. For Norcliffe Estate.
Hammer-dressed limestone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor
windows. 6-panel door with one casement and 2 pointed casements to left,
and one casement to right. Inscription panel blank, but inscription below,
obscured by creeper, reads "General Norcliffe 1857". First floor: pointed
casement. Gable coping, shaped kneelers, end stacks. Included for group
value.
