House. Mid - late C18. Hammer-dressed limestone, pantile roof. Staircase
lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows with additional bay of
different build to left. Left bay: C20 half-glazed door, with no first-
floor opening above. Right: 6-fielded-panel door beneath chisel-tooled flat
stone arch flanked by pairs of squat unequal 6-pane sashes beneath concrete
lintels. First floor: dummy window flanked by unequal 12-pane sashes, all
beneath timber lintels. Sprocketed eaves. Gable coping, shaped kneeler and
end stack to right, and ridge stack at division of builds to left.
Interior: bread oven by Wright of Malton in left room.
