Former farmhouse and outbuilding, early C19. Coursed squared stone. Welsh slate roof with stone copings, stone stacks. Two storeys, 3 wide bays. One original 3-light window with glazing bars and small opening section; the others 2- and 3-light Yorkshire sashes. Former granary on left has stone forestair to 1st floor entrance and former barn below.
