Integral with Avery Cottage and Oakridge Cottage, Sunny Place (qv). House with
shop and workshop. Mid C19. Herringbone-tooled and margined sandstone. Welsh
slate roof. 3 storeys, 2 wide bays. Of-centre half-glazed boarded door. At
left a 4-pane shop window which has lost its lower glazing bar; at right a
4-pane sash. All 5 openings under a continuous ashlar lintel. 4-pane sashes
with projecting cills on first and second floors. Included for group value.
