listed as Willowganth

GV II

House, C17 or early C18. Unevenly-coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone, more
regular on top floor which was probably a later addition. Pantiled roof with stone
ridge, copings and kneelers, brick and rendered stacks. Rendered right return.
House faces south. 3 storeys and attic, 3 bays, irregular. Off-centre 4-panel
door dated 1630 under gabled wood hood on fancy brackets. Small casement at right,
18-pane window with central opening section at left. First floor early C19 sashes,
8-pane at left, 12-pane at centre and right; similar windows on second floor but
with 8-pane sash at right. Traces of older stone-mullioned windows in masonry.
Rendered chimney at left end, stump of brick one at right. Gable end, to road at
right, has 6-panel door under bracketed gable wood hood.
