Farmhouse, now private house. 2 builds, late C18 and early C19.
Herringbone-tooled sandstone older part, rougher tooling on later
part and on small right extension; pantiled roofs. 2 storeys, 2
bays at left; lower 2-storey 1-bay right part, and 1-storey right
bay, formerly an outbuilding. C20 glazed door in second bay.
16-pane sashes adapted to pivoted upper parts. Small fire window
at ground floor right. In left part openings have thick extended
wedge lintels with reeded tooling; and similar tooling to cills.
Steeply-pitched swept roof, with stone copings and square kneelers,
at left; lower pitch at right.

Interior: good staircase with chamfered balusters, ramped handrail
and shaped tread ends; 6-panel doors and original beams; cupboards
flanking (modern) fireplace.
