to right. Pinkish-brown brick with pantile roof. Lobby-entry plan. 2
storeys, 3 first floor windows. Off-centre entrance a 4-panel door. Ground
floor has 4-pane sashes. 2-course first floor band carries across left
gable. First floor has 12-pane sliding sashes. Cogged eaves band. Ridge
and end stacks. Eaves raised.
