6 dwellings, now hotel and flats. c1855. Brick, stuccoed; slate roof.
3-storeys, basement and attic. Each dwelling has 2 bays, articulated by
giant pilasters on rusticated ground-floor; end bays break forward. Each
house has a keyed door opening (some now re-formed as windows) with a
tripartite sash to the left. All first floor windows have a cornice on
scrolled consoles; second floor windows have architraves and moulded sills.
Continuous wrought iron balconies to end bays; moulded first floor
string-course across intermediate bays. Second floor sill band. Moulded
eaves cornice. Left return front: 3-storey bow window to left,
single-storey bow to right, with central doorway beneath cornice on
scrolled consoles. Pedimented gable.
