Farmhouse, now house. C18, with C19 and C20 alteration and extension.
Coursed chalk, rendered and whitewashed to rear and sides ; brick quoins;
pantile roof; brick stacks. Originally 3-cell, hearth-passage plan, with
outshut; rear extension added, l½-storeys. 6-panel door with overlight to
left of centre. Two sets of paired C20 pivoting sashes with glazing bars to
right; single similar window to left. Raked half-dormers to upper storey,
tile end right being a C20 insertion. All windows have stone sills; all
lower openings have thin timber lintels. Brick eaves course. Left and
centre stacks. Interior: a single pair of crossed-apex upper cracks remain
between the two upstairs rooms to right.
