Pair of cottages. C18 possibly with earlier origins. Rendered cob walls.
Gable-ended thatched roof. Brick axial stack. Plan: Each cottage has 2-room
plan, heated by the central axial stack, No 1 to the left is larger.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical front of 3 and 2 windows, No 1 to the left
has C20 2 and 3-light casements and a C20 plank door at its left-hand end.
No 2 has early C19 20-pane sashes on its first floor and large C20 canted
bay windows below with thatched roofs. C20 gabled thatched porch at centre
with stable type door.
Interior: of No 2 only accessible at time of survey which exhibited no
early features but more may survive in No 1.
