Outbuilding, used as a brewhouse. Early C13 altered C16. 1 storey timber
framed and plastered, red plain tiled roof. 3 bays, side purlin roof with
collar to each rafter pair, replacing original Crown Post, all heavily sooted.
Plain splayed scarf to top plate. Central mid C16 chimney place with stop
chamfered beam for use in Brewhouse.
