House. C19 front range. C15 or earlier rear ranges, with later alterations.
Red brick, red plain tiled front range. Right and left red brick chimney
stacks. 2 storeys. 3 window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes.
Central gabled glazed porch with glazed double doors. The rear house and
crosswing range timber framed and plastered. 3 bays with jowled storey posts.
Chamfered, tenoned and morticed hanging knee to ground floor ceiling. Heavy
stop chamfered bridging joists. Restored red brick fireplace,
First floor open to collars with moulded arched bracing from
jowls to collars. Original 3 light mullion window. Very heavy bridging joist to
north range.
