Little Park Farmhouse
II
Early C17, much restored and altered in C18-C19. Two storeys. Red brick, much restored but in places showing English bond mixed with header courses; faint traces survive of a diaper design in blue 'seconds'.
The best preserved side (south west) shows twin gables, a moulded stone pointed arch and a lead rainwater head below the valley formed by the gables. This head bears the initials 'WRA' and the date '1629'. Windows on this side are much later: the traces of more, and larger, windows are shown by patches of bricking-up.
South east side only has windows in a section which was totally restored in late C18. On the north east side, a projecting gable end retains original brickwork and more traces of the diaper design, but the sashed casements are later work.
