Shop in row, with house over. Circa 1840. Limestone ashlar,
Welsh slate hipped roof, brick stacks. Three-storey, 5-window, in
two sections at very obtuse angle. Six-panelled door with transom
light and 1-pane sash to left, C19 pilastered shop front to right.
Entrance to flat over shop in through doorway in porch shared with
No 5 (q.v.). First floor has five 12-pane sashes. Second floor
has five pivot-hung 6-pane windows. Roof on deep eaves. Rear
has brick late C19 extension with 4-pane sashes. Interior has 4-
panelled doors. Included as part of a group of good mid C19 shops
and cottages at top of High Street.
