Sundial: baluster dated 1720, plate dated 1767. Ashlar red
sandstone. Tall bulbous baluster on square base inscribed J D R M
Cwds 1720 in cursive script around broadest part. Circular capstone
carries a square brass plate with pierced gnomon. Inscription said to
read "George Healing, Isaac Newell, Churchwardens 1767, Lewis Thomas
fecit".
