Farmhouse with barn and stable. Mid C18. House, blocks of red sandstone, barn
and stables mixed sandstone rubble, under graduated greenslate roof with brick
chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with right 2-bay stable and long left barn
under common roof; and rear 2-bay extension forming overall T-shape. House has
central C20 door in painted stone surround under date panel, now too weathered
to read. Left 2-light and right 3-light flat stone-mullioned windows, under
sash windows in painted stone surrounds. Stable has central plank door in plain
opening under sandstone lintel. 2 blocked loft doorways, the left one now a
casement window. Barn has plank doors in stone surrounds flanking
segmental-arched cart entrance.
