Former farmhouse, now used for storage. Probably early C18. Roughcast stone
rubble with slate roof. East elevation of 2 storeys and 4 bays. Dripcourse
over ground floor. Windows mostly have small paned sliding sashes, but 4th bay
to ground floor has wider small-paned casement with blocked fire window to
right, and 1st floor has blocked window to 3rd bay. Entrance to 3rd bay has
3-fielded-panel door with strap hinges and overlight, and gabled porch. Gable-
end stacks, that to north corbelled. West elevation built into slope of
ground. Interior has panelled partition of 4 heights, 2 narrow, 2 tall, with
3-panel door; another panelled partition has square panels, partly covered by
later stair. 1st floor has panelled partition as to ground floor 1st partition
with 2 doors, fireplace has projecting surround with hollow chamfer, frieze and
cornice; C19 grate.
