Late C18. Scored stucco, slate roof, quoins. 2 storeys. 2 doors with projecting
quoins, 3 sash windows on ground floor and 5 above in moulded stone architraves.
Cobbles in front.
The cobbled forecourt is long and narrow, extending in front of Nos 27 to 55, without
divisions or railings, and open to the pavement.

Nos 13, Nos 17 to 25 (odd), Nos 31 to 55 (odd), No 38, Nos 46 to 86 (even) together with Nos 47A and Kirkgate House form a group.
