Farmhouse now house. Late C18 with extension dated 1835. Painted snecked
ashlar on chamfered plinth with painted V-jointed quoins and moulded cornice;
graduated greenslate roof, ashlar chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays; extension
of 2 storeys, single bay, of lower roof line. 6-panel door, under fanlight with
interlaced bars, in rounded architrave with key and impost blocks. Sash windows
in painted stone architraves. Extension: 4-panel door under radial fanlight in
rounded architrave with key and impost blocks. Sash windows with glazing bars
in painted stone surrounds. Cobbles in front of extension have white-pebble
date 1835 and initials J.P. End wall right has external stone steps to C20 door
in C19 stone surround.
