Farmhouse now divided into two dwellings. Late C18 incorporating part of the
earlier house (dated 1746 over rear entrance), with early C19 additions.
Painted rubble walls with modillioned cornice and angle pilasters on chamfered
plinth, under graduated greenslate roof with stone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3
bays with lower flanking single-bay wings, the wing to left now Crag View.
6-panel door under radial fanlight in Tuscan doorcase. Sash windows with
glazing bars, those in wing to left missing, all in painted stone surrounds.
Rear plank door in shouldered architrave. 3-light flat stone-mullioned window
and similar blocked 2-light window. C19 round-headed staircase window with
radial glazing bars.
