Farmhouse now private house. Late C18. Painted roughcast walls under graduated
greenslate roof with stone chimney stacks. Barns of mixed limestone and split
cobbles with raised quoins; graduated greenslate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays with
lower 3-bay former barn to right. Top-glazed panelled door in painted
architrave under console bracketed hood. Sash windows with glazing bars in
painted stone architrave, plain stone surrounds on upper floor. Former barn has
large central cart entrance with plank doors in alternate block surround under
segmental arch. Similar smaller archway to left. C20 door to extreme left and
plank door to extreme right both in alternate-block surrounds. Slit vents below
eaves have brick surrounds. Rear of house facing road, has top-glazed panelled
door, sash and casement windows, all in painted stone surrounds. Barn has lower
extension with C20 door and small sash window in painted stone surround.
