House. Mid - late C19, with few later alterations. Stone rubble, rendered and lined
out. Rag slate roof with crested ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with
brick shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan, each room of equal size and heated from a gable end stack. Front
central entrance through a conservatory porch.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front. First floor has 3 plate-glass
sashes with margin panes, the head of each pane is rounded; set in small gabled
dormers. Ground floor has similar plate-glass sashes with margin panes and cambered
arches to right and left; all windows of C19. Central rectangular glazed porch with
stained glass and margin glazing with dentil cornice and half-glazed margin-glazed
door at the left side. C19 half-glazed inner door with 2 segmental arched lights.
The right side has 8-pane sash at ground floor and margin-glazed sash at first floor,
both to right.
