House. Circa mid C19, with few later alterations. Squared granite rubble. Hipped
slate roof with ridge tiles and deep eaves. Stack to rear left.
Plan: 2-room plan, with central entrance and room of equal size to right and left.
C20 rear wing.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front; all windows are C19 2-light 3-pan
casements, with stone voussoirs at ground floor. Central pointed arched doorway with
recessed double doors, the doors with pointed arched panels. C19 gabled and glazed
conservatory porch. The right side has C19 4-pane sash at ground floor with brick
cambered arch. First floor has C19 16-pane sash with Gothic glazing and brick
cambered arch. Left side is built on a cellar, 12-pane sash at ground floor and 4-
pane sash at first floor, both with flat brick arches. C20 2-storey wing to rear
right.
