Fisherman's house with integral former fish cellar. Circa mid C19. Granite rubble
with granite dressings. Scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.
Plan: Rectangular plan. Remodelled from fisherman's cellar with loft and probably
accommodation for fisherman.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Irregular 3 window south-west front. First floor left and
middle openings are original. Ground floor left-hand window is remodelled from
original doorway. Other openings are later C19 or C20. Circa late C19 or C20 4-
panel door with overlight. C20 4-pane horned sashes.
