Memorial arch adjoining ancient walled earthwork. Datestone 1844. Granite ashlar with granite dressings and brick vaulting. Single span elliptical skew arch abuting embankment at either side. Plinth, impost string, alternate long and short voussoirs to elliptical arch, parapet string and panelled parapet with central date plaque with relief inscription.
