Small house. Circa early C19. Dressed granite front, otherwise rubble. Hipped
slurried scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the side walls.
Plan: 2 room plan with central lobby between and formerly single storey service
room at rear left, heightened in the C20.

C20 door. Original 12-plane hornless sashes.
The small size and proportions of this house are interesting qualities in themselves.
