roof with stone coped gable ends. T-shaped plan, irregular, 2 storeys, 4 windows,
C19 sashes. 3 large granite chimney stacks, one rising from a small gable on
the front wall. Gable at rear with small stone mullion windows.
Brea Farmhouse and outbuildings form a group.
