Late C19. Granite rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Elevation facing harbour
2 gables, slate hung, one gable larger, 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows, 1st
floor modern 3-light casements, ground floor large double doors with fanlights
over, to right vehicle entrance. South Side 4 windows, sashes with glazing
bars. This building comprises a dwelling over ground floor store. Included
for group value.
Wharf House forms a group with Portland House, Trelawny, Mr Gartrell's
Workshop and No 6, and Mr Grenfell's Workshop in Old Quay Street.
Mrs Wakfer's and adjoining Cottage, Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Wharf Cottages,
William Fisher Gallery and Wharf House form a group.
