Mid C19. Stuccoed, ground floor granite ashlar with rebated horizontal joints.
Granite quoins and string course. Slate hipped roof with eaves soffit. 3 storeys,
4 windows in moulded architraves, centre 2 paired, 1st floor cornices and segmental
pediments to centre 2 windows. Ground floor of No 12 has been altered, it is
partly roughcast and has wide glazed doorway. Included for group value.

Nos 7 to 14 (consec) and Stanley House form a group.
