Early C19. Large building with stuccoed front to granite ashlar. 3 storeys.
4 windows. Parapet and cornice. 1st and 2nd floors 5 flat pilasters (paired
at ends) with pebble-dash panels. String courses. Ground floor horizontal
rustication, granite ashlar plinth. Sashes with glazing bars, moulded architraves,
ground floor keyblocks. Entrance off centre with wide flat pilasters and entablature
double doors and rectangular fanlight. Interior staircase with open twisted
newels. To side elevation a wide blocked doorway with ornate Adam style fanlight.

All listed buildings on the North East Side of Chapel Street form a group.
