Long and short quoins. Flat arches, relief keystones. Modillioned eaves cornice. 2 storeys and semi-basement. 5 windows, sashes with glazing bars, central bow on 1st floor over doorway with plastered architraves and frieze and cornice on consoles, flight of granite steps to doorway. To left stucco lower 2 storyes, slate hipped roof, one window 1st floor converted sash with margin lights, 2nd floor 3-light casement, ground floor carriageway.
