- 10 metres to east of Oldhay
Farmhouse

GV II

Smithy now store and attached outbuildings. Circa early C19. Stone rubble with
granite dressings. Rag slate roofs; the smithy on left with gable ends, the central
outbuilding with a hipped end on right and the right hand outbuilding unroofed.
Plan: Row of three buildings each of one-room plan, the smithy to left with a
fireplace on the left hand end and entrance on right; the central outbuilding with a
wide opening near centre.
Exterior: Single storey. Smithy to left with C20 window to left and door to right.
Central outbuilding with wide opening near centre and ventilation slit to right.
Roofless building to right with entrance on left and reset dressed granite around
window on right.
Interior : Not inspected.
