4/74 House adjoining on south of Penpont
- Mill

GV II

Converted mill, now house. Probably early C19. Stone rubble with large granite
quoins. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick end stack on left.
Plan: Probably two room double depth plan with entrance towards rear of right hand
side. Principal room to front heated by end stack on left.
Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical single window front with two C20 2-light
casements on ground floor and 2-light casement on first floor. C20 glazed door with
2-light casement above, towards rear of right hand side elevation.
Interior:Not inspected.
