Forge, C18/C19, substantially of brick and with gabled pantile roof with off-
centre ridgeline 'louvre' with gabled roof. Rear half of roof in corrugated
asbestos. Walls generally have black weatherboarding in upper half, large doors
to road frontage and C19 doors and fixed light window in E facade. Brickwork
is mostly red, but with gault bricks and flint panels on east elevation with
isolated blocks of re-used stone. Included primarily for group value.
