House, early C19, timber framed and plastered with double range of gabled, peg
tile roofs. Two storeys with central ridge line stack. First floor has 2
double hung sash windows with margin glazing bars and moulded surrounds. Ground
floor has central simple pilastered door surround with flat hood over large
rectangular fanlight. Either side are canted flat roofed bay windows with
double hung sashes and margins glazing bars. Included primarily for group
value.
