2 sets of railings, attached on the east to the corner of
No.18 Westgate Street (qv) and on the west to the Church of St
Edmund (qv) and with a C20 opening for a car park. C19.
Cast-iron with a red brick plinth and pilasters. The railings
are low with rounded spear heads and are linked at the bottom
by a bar with intermediate miniature spears and at the top by
a bar with spiked balls above. The plain plinth and square
pilasters, which have stone caps, are mainly rebuilt.
