Detached house. Early to mid C19. Rendered and scribed, slate
roof. A symmetrical 3-bay villa, set back from road, extended
one bay to the left; the original building with parapet and
gable ends, the extension with flat roof behind the continued
parapet.
2 storeys, 4 windows in plain reveals and to stone sills;
12-pane sashes at first floor, but bay 3 is a blind light, and
at ground floor a series of paired French doors with
margin-pane glazing. The right gable has two 12-pane at first
floor, and a projecting square, flat-roofed porch with a C20
door and a 2-light margin-pane casement. The rear wall also
has 12-pane sashes. A plain band between floors, and gable
stacks. The windows to the main front have shutters at both
floors.
