Pair of attached cottages. C18/early C19. Timber framed, mainly weatherboarded
with some roughcast render, roofed with interlocking concrete tiles. 4 bays
facing E, gable end to road, with shared stack in front of ridge. Small C20
brick and tiled lean-to at right end. One storey with attics. No. 14, C19
4-panel door, the upper panels glazed, faced with hardwood. No. 12, C20
half-glazed door. Gable end to street roughcast rendered, with one C19
horizontal sash of 8 lights on the first floor. Gambrel roof. Chamfered axial
beams, plain joists of vertical section. Included for group value.
