House. Circa early-mid C19. Killas rubble with brick arches over the openings.
Asbestos slate hipped roof with brick chimneys over the side walls.
Plan: Double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall
leading to stair hall and rear entrance hall between rear service rooms. Small C19
extension at rear left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with central doorway. C20 door.
All the windows (including rear) are original hornless sashes with glazing bars, 16-
pane sashes except for larger 18-pane rear stair sash. The openings are spanned by
shallow segmental brick arches.
Interior: Not inspected.
