House. Circa early-mid C19. Killas rubble walls, with brick arches over the
openings. Concrete tile roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Cast-iron
ogee-section gutters.
Plan: Double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall
leading to stair hall between rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with central doorway. Shallow
brick arches over the openings. Original door and windows: panelled door with 2 tall
panels, overlight, 12-pane sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
