II
Farmhouse. Early C19, probably incorporating part of Courtney house of
late C17-early C18. Colourwashed killas with slate roof.
Plan: Double room block of 6 window bays, entrance in fourth bay, with
dining and drawing rooms either side of passage, and short rear wing on
right, added rear wing on left now containing kitchen. Lean-to on left
gable end.
Six panelled door with narrow overlight. Twenty-paned sashes to ground
floor and 16-pane sashes to first floor, all openings with cambered brick
arches.
Interior not seen in detail. No special features.
