Offices, formerly a house and shop. C17 fragmentary core, C18
exterior, heavily restored 1969. Timber-framed and rendered;
C20 plaintiled roof with twin gables to the Abbeygate Street
frontage.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics; on a corner site with a return
front to Whiting Street. 3 window range to Abbeygate Street,
sash windows with glazing-bars to the upper sashes only, in
flush cased frames. The Whiting Street frontage has a 5-window
range, all small-paned sashes in flush cased frames. 2
flat-headed dormers. Late C20 shop fronts. Modillion eaves
cornice.
INTERIOR: with no exposed original features. Some flint rubble
and arches in Tudor brick in part of the cellar.
