to north of Mount Edgcumbe House

GV II

Garden terrace retaining walls with steps and urns. Early C19. Granite ashlar
wall, granite steps and stone urns. Wall is about one metre high, extending about
36 metres in east/west line, returned and attached to Mount Edgcumbe House to north
west. The wall is coped, with 5 urns set on pedestals, one to east, 2 to west, and
2 centrally placed to each side of a flight of 6 steps; one further urn to north
west.
