Edwardian semi-detached estate cottages (similar to Nos. 14 & 15).
Early C20. Dressed sandstone; plain clay tiled roof; central stack.
1½ storeys. Symmetrical: doorways to L & R with tiled timber-
bracketed canopies. 2 mullioned leaded-light windows on each floor.
Each first floor window is contained within a gabled dormer with tile-
hanging above. Extensions to rear (s. side) are not of interest.
Included for group value with No. 13 Upleatham Village.
