1897. Brick, two storeys, large rectangle, with hipped roof behind parapet. Five segmental headed windows on upper level with "Chinese" glazing, pilasters between, and larger end pilasters. Top cornice on brackets. Ground floor has large openings, and cornice supported on slender iron columns.
