6/7 Green Lane Farmhouse.

Farmhouse, 1630 carved on beam. Rendered at front probably on an oak
frame, with roof of brown tiles; oak frame of rectangular panels
exposed at rear. Central chimney of brick with 4 detached square
flues. Of 1½ storeys and 4 bays. Two small gabled dormers to front
and one to rear. Casements replaced; boarded front door; the framing
at rear suggests a blocked door almost opposite. A small C20 brick
lean-to at rear is not prominent.

The interior has a lobby entrance, a filled inglenook (with modern
stone fireplace) and large longitudinal chamfered oak beams to lower
storey ceiling.
